From the Blogger: Introduction
Everybody pairs beer with food but what about the scene around you? Other than the people, music plays the single most important factor in the vibe of a restaurant, house party, or even when you're drinking alone or with just a few friends.
Beer isn't so different. Pilsners and light beers are found next to the grill. Mexican style beers are enjoyed at the beach. Beers aged in spirit casks are almost always on tap at a fancy steakhouse. The list goes on...
Both can pump you up, calm you down, cheer you up, or drag you down. So why not pair beer with music? They say eighty percent of taste is actually smell. Sound may not have anything to do with tasting beer but it can certainly change your mood and how much you enjoy it.
