AJR isn't so weird. Oh wait…

But seriously… This song is dope. It sounds like if trumpets met a deep R&B backdrop. But then the lyrics come in and it sounds like the best of any great AJR song.

As weird as AJR's lyrics can be, there is often a hidden meaning. You'll notice that most of the lyrics in "Break My Face" tell us that as bad as things get, there is often a bright side to the side effects. And life can get pretty gloom.
"You run your mouth. Your tongue fell out. It's right there on the ground. But now, you'll never drown. You can't, you got no mouth. So it ain't all bad now."
This dark comedy calls for a smooth and dark stout. Duck-Rabbit's Milk Stout, found mostly in the Southeast of the United States, is the perfect beer to enjoy while listening to AJR's cleverly worded and sounding song.
