I will not apologize.

"Apologize" by grandson, the hip-hop/rock artist, has some edgy noises that sounds like if you were about to enter a Western dual just after a tumbleweed rolls by outside a saloon. "I don't know where I'm gonna go but I don't care; I'm on the road. Never been a perfect soul but I will not apologize." Out of Garden City, ID, is Payette Brewing Co., a brewery with many Western themed beers, but there is one beer that stands out from the rest to match this song. Recoil, an IPA, is described by Payette as leaving you with a kick of flavor during the aftertaste just like the backward momentum of a revolver when it is fired. "Been a lot of places in this life and I did a lot wrong I can't make right. Never been a perfect soul but I will not apologize." And the flavors of this beer take you on a trip just like the conventional, yet unusual, sounds of the guitar in "Apologize." Recoil is an IPA with aromas of berries, pine, and

I did one million stupid things.

Mother Mother's latest album, Dance and Cry, is an interesting one. The front half is very melodic and happy while the back half sounds a lot darker and heavy. Stuck in the middle is an unusually folksy song called "It's Alright" and it might be the most friendly sounding song on the album but the lyrics tell a different story. "Oh, hey. I had a night; I had a day. I did one million stupid things. I said one billion foolish things. I'm not okay; I got a baseball bat beside my bed to fight off what's inside my head, to fight off what's behind my meds. I'm lonely, lost in pain." The lyrics, in fact, tell a mixed story. While the lead vocalist sings about being a messed up demon that seems to always make the wrong decisions, the backup vocalists tell him that it's alright, he's human, and that everything will be okay soon enough. "It's alright, it's okay. It's alright, it's okay. You're not a monster, just a

You're taking a trip downtown. On your way, you see the one you want to talk to. It could be on the road, in the subway, or you're just walking on the sidewalk. You start daydreaming what it would be like to hangout with them. The only thing stopping you is your confidence and what's considered acceptable. "I took the Metro to the station where I met you…hope to accidentally run into you again. And all those people in those crowded spaces, with their sleepy empty faces, I felt like an alien." In a nutshell, that's what "Fascination" by The Beaches is about. While the all female Canadian rock band sings mostly about moments that nearly any women can relate to, they play hard, especially live, making them a great listen for anyone that enjoys both classic and modern rock. "It's just my fascination, don't need a destination. It's just my fascination; I never felt so beautiful." The Beaches The Anthem, Washington, DC "

I see you when you smile.

The Love, an unfiltered wheat beer, is easy-drinking with a fruity aroma along with a few zesty notes. Any lovers of hefeweizens must make sure to put Starr Hill Brewery, based in Virginia, on the top of their lineup. This beer is for those who love wheats. Some may call it basic; others will call it perfect. This beer is not showing off. It's just being exactly what it is. It's hard to put in words but MISSIO has a few lyrics we could take a gander at: "I see you when you're down and depressed, just a mess. I see you when you cry, when you're shy, when you want to die. I see you when you smile. It takes a while. At least you're here. I see you. Yes, I see you." MISSIO recently launched their latest album, The Darker The Weather // The Better The Man which includes their single, "I See You." It's your basic (or perfect) love song. It's about understanding. You understand everything about the one you love and what they're going th
