From the Blogger: 2020

I'm back! A lot has happened since I wrote my last entry. After all, it is 2020. There is a worldwide pandemic, its election year, and there have been many protests and riots. Not the best year, but it's a great formula to inspire musicians and brewers alike. Whether it's to create something to bring people together, or a vehicle to express hatred, I will no doubt write some posts on songs and beers about the aforementioned topics.

For the next three months, I am going to follow a similar formula as last year and write about four songs and four beers per month. At least I will try my best to do so.

There's a picture on the wall of Kanye West.

"Freaking Out," the psychedelic pop-rock song by The Wrecks, gets pretty weird… "In the bathroom, on my back, there's a picture on the wall of Kanye West. He's staring at me; he's staring at me. Enjoy this fresh new song with the fresh and fun Belgian-style tripel, Golden Monkey, by Victory Brewing Company, based in Downingtown, PA. "Dance for me, dance for me, dance for me." There's that one person at the bar you want to have an exhilarating experience with; that could be a dance. That's what this song is all about. You know your paths will separate at some point but you should enjoy the moment while it's right in front of you. "I've never seen anybody do the things you do before.
